Partial Rentals (Short Stays):

Cancellation: A $100.00 cancellation fee on all partial rentals. If less than 7 days prior to check-in you will forfeiture all moneys paid.

Refunds: If there is a Mandatory Hurricane Evacuation during your stay you will be refunded for the remainder of the stay. If one takes place during your time of arrival and you have not checked in, you will receive a full refund. No refunds will be issued due to normal inclement weather.

1. Reservation and payment: Reservations will be confirmed by mail or fax. 50% of entire lease amount is due within 10 days of making a reservation or it will be cancelled, unless other arrangements have been made with OBGG office. Final payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations made within 30 days of arrival will require payment in full upon making reservation. Visa and Mastercard accepted.
2. Security Deposit: A Security Deposit form must be filled out and returned to validate lease on all private homes and condominiums.
3. Prices: All accommodaitons include nightly rate, $50.00 processing fee, state and local taxes.
4. Linens: Linens are not provided. You must bring your own.

Golf Packages

Accommodations: Accommodations in private homes, condominiums, and hotels.

Cancellation: ALL cancellations must be made in writing. Cancellation charges are dependent on when notice is received and size of party.

Refunds: No refunds will be issued for unused portion of package. In case of inclement weather, guest will be refunded golf portion of package if course closes and course does not charge Outer Banks Golf Getaways.

3. Prices and Packages: Packages include accommodations, breakfast, golf with cart, linen service and departure cleaning. Rates are dependent on accommodations and courses selected. Non-golfer rates available. When calling our office have prospective arrival and departure dates available, the number of golfers, and the number of rounds to be played. Our reservation specialists will help you with choosing the accommodations and courses that will best suit your group's needs. Call our office to get price quotes and to book your complete golf package.
4. Tee Times: With our new online tee time system, we can book your tee times at the same time we are booking your golf package.
